One-on-one opportunities for educators, facilitators, leaders, and social justice practitioners who are doing the work of change inside organizations, classrooms, and communities.
Space for those who want a thought partner to help them stay rooted in their values, navigate complexity, deepen their practice, and show up more fully to the work they feel called to do.
AFFINITY WORK
Facilitate racial affinity groups and caucus spaces for White people to excavate and dismantle the ways white supremacy and internalized superiority live in us as White people.
Hold space for race, gender and class caucuses, which are rare and sacred opportunities to do our own work around oppression within our identities. For White affinity groups it is an opportunity to explore and deepen our individual understanding of how race is a lens through which we are relating to others, impacting others and experiencing the world around us.
